Privacy Policy
This notice explains how we handle the personal data you give us when you pre-register as a cook with Floor Feast.
1. Who we are
Floor Feast is a pilot project operated by HunterTag S.r.l. (VAT / P.IVA 14244060969, registered office Via de Taddei 3, Milan, Italy), the data controller for the information you provide here. You can reach us about privacy at privacy@huntertag.com.
2. What we collect
When you fill in the pre-registration form, we collect the details you enter:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your city and building name or address
- The approximate number of flats in your building
- Whether you'd share Floor Feast in your building's group
- What you'd like to cook (optional)
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use this information solely to run the Floor Feast pilot: to contact you about taking part, to arrange and send your free QR codes, and to understand interest across buildings. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We do not use your data for anything else, and we do not sell it.
4. Who we share it with
Your submission is delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form-processing service that acts on our behalf. We also use standard email tools to contact you. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we don't use it for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as the pilot is active, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. After that we erase them.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR (and UK GDPR), you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or send it to another provider. You can withdraw your consent at any time, which is as easy as emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your data protection authority, the Garante (Italy) or the ICO (UK).
